ABSTRACT
The article offers information on the evaluation of the organoleptic characteristics of flavor materials. It outlines the source, odor, taste, and possible application of flavor materials including Spearmint Oleoresin AA012801 from Naturex Inc.,Methyl 3-(Methylthio) Butyrate from Frutarom Inc., and Coffee Oil from Berje Inc. Other flavor materials are detailed such as Mentha spicata "Nana" (Spearmint Oil), Stearic Acid, and Furfuryl Formate, 50% in Furfuryl Alcohol.
