ABSTRACT
The article presents an analysis of the job opportunities for 2011 in the flavor and fragrance industry. Richard Panzarasa, chief executive officer of consulting firm The Panzarasa Group, predicts that there will be an addition of personnel for the year due to the gradual improvement on financial sales. It notes the demand of technically oriented positions compared to sales and marketing positions, since raw material companies allow the cooperation of technical people with sales.
