ABSTRACT
The article reports on the strong influence of television (TV) programs and motion pictures in cooking segment in the U.S. It notes that many media influence can be manifested in the consolidated rankings for categories linked to cooking titles in 2009. Data show that cooking category has increased over the past five years. Charts listing the top cooking authors cooking titles, and cooking imprints are also presented.
