ABSTRACT
The article reports on the impact of the delay of Kindle electronic book (e-book) releases by Simon & Schuster Inc. and other publishers following the hardcover debut in the U.S. The publishers attribute this to the limited time frame of the authors in promoting their books. Survey shows the feeling of some Kindle owners who were punished or discriminated for e-book buyers.
