ABSTRACT
The article presents a report from the Government Accountability Office (GAO) on the status of the administrative provisions's effectuation in the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) of 2009 by Small Business Administration in the U.S. A performance audit on the status of the regulations, policies, and procedures and the implementation of the America's Recovery Capital (ARC) Loan Program is noted. An update on the activities undertaken by SBA to implement the provisions is presented.
