ABSTRACT
The article focuses on the latest work of the ensemble The Cardinall's Musick. Included in the new music recording of the Cardinall's Musick are two English anthems and all their previously recorded motets. Co-founder and conductor Andrew Carwood believes that they have a powerful attachment to music and that they sing in a very different way. Their new project is the recording of the music of composer Robert Parsons. Singer Robert Evans respects the work of Carwood and acknowledges the ensemble's partnership with producer Jonathan Freeman-Attwood.
