The article reports on the 10% Youth Certificate of Deposit (CD) offered by the Children of Gateway Metro Federal Credit Union (FCU) in Saint Louis, Missouri since 2008 with the aim to reward children of parents who consider the CU their primary financial institution and to help youth learn the value of saving.
