The article reports on the economic condition of South East Asia. Business Monitor International Ltd. (BMI) consumer price inflation is rearing its ugly head in several economies of South East Asia, due to a sharp rebound in economic activity since the global financial crisis. Furthermore, it notes a possible monetary tightening bias across the region through 2011.
