The article presents a forecast on the recovery of information technology business. It reveals that a lack of favorable economic indicators continue to conjure doubt over the pace of the recovery and what it means over the long term for insurance industry spending on technology. It also notes that there are more scrutiny of projects and more focus on outsourcing.
