ABSTRACT
The article presents information on a joint venture between synthetic rubber producer Dynasol and Shanxi Northern Xing'an Chemical Industry to build a solution styrene-butadiene rubber (SBR) facility in northeastern China. The joint venture is formed with a goal to produce and market SSBR in China and other nations in the region. The two firms will spend close to 100 million dollars to construct the factory.
