The article focuses on the Economic and Social History Foundation in Turkey. The foundation aims to organize archives, libraries, research, teaching and publications in the field of Turkish social and economic history. The following are some of the work of the foundation: an oral history project; the establishment of a museum of Turkey's social history; and a specialized library.
