Teknor Apex hiking mixing capacity in UK

The article reports that a new compounding line that will add almost 8 million pounds of annual thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) capacity at its plant in Oldbury in Shropshire, England, is being installed by Teknor Apex Co. The new line will be used to supply styrenic TPEs, including monprene-brand compounds for a range of consumer and industrial applications. It is expected that the TPE line will be fully operational during the first quarter of 2011.
