ABSTRACT
The article examines several dividend-related loans recently marketed by banks. Goldman Sachs, Bank of America Merrill Lynch and Credit Suisse are marketing a term loan B backing CareStream Health's refinancing and dividend recapitalization at Libor plus 350 basis points (bps). Meanwhile, a dividend recap term loan for Edwards was syndicated by JPMorgan and Deutsche Bank.
