ABSTRACT
The article focuses on using the right laboratory management software (LMS) in lens processing. John Keane of Digital Vision, Inc. says the main difference of using LMS in digital generators and traditional generators is its interface with the digital lens design. According to Steve Dombey of CC Systems, the process between LMS and digital generators is a three-way communication. Tips for a successful implementation of LMS software are also provided.
