ABSTRACT
The article focuses on a comparative approach of feedback provision to learners in medical education. According to doctors Thomas and Arnold, feedback provision is identical to giving bad vews to patients and their families. It emphasizes the educator's role in navigating the emotions of the learners so that they may integrate the perspectives of the feedback. Furthermore, it relates on the educator's ability to communicate feedback and to know the development leap or risk for the learner.
