ABSTRACT
The article focuses on the EndNote citation management software training program at the Kornhauser Health Sciences Library (KHSL) of the University of Louisville (UofL) which addresses the knowledge management needs of library users. It says that EndNote allows users to organize files in electronic libraries like references and portable document formats (PDFs), and images. It adds that the Endnote program increases the library patrons' use of electronic resources in the library from off-campus.
