According to Greg Mason, vice president of sales and marketing at Head Penn Racquet Sports, 25-35% of all performance racquets are sold online and the market share of online market is continuously increasing. However, the online market is not being dominated by big retailers, instead local stores which moved online relatively early, are leading the sector.
