ABSTRACT
The article reports on a study conducted by Researchers V. Irenmashvili and associates in the U.S. which assesses the changes in semen quality over time during the chronic phase of spinal cord injury (SCI). Data from the researchers database of 500 men with SCI who were enrolled in the Male Fertility Research Program and underwent penile vibratory stimulation (PVS) and electroejaculation (EEJ) were analyzed. The study found out that semen quality has remained stable in the years following SCI.
