ABSTRACT
The article focuses on the financial standing and growth of CBS Corp. in terms of retransmission consent. According to CBS chief financial officer Joe Ianiello, CBS broadcast networks is in good standing in its retransmission consent in which it is expected to create 100 million dollars of revenue in 2010. It mentions that the company operates about 28 stations in the U.S. from which the company will attempt to extract fair value. Several charts related to retransmission consent are presented.
