ABSTRACT
The article presents a reprint of the article "Europe develops action plan to address health workforce shortfall," which appeared at www.cmaj.ca on November 12, 2010. It offers information on the series of particular action measures with commitment to member-states, which is to support a program to develop countries' capacity for data analysis and collection. According to Gilles Dussault, director of the health systems, there are major variations in quality and productivity in the country.
