Unregulated hyperbaric oxygen therapy clinics assailed

The article presents a reprint of the article "Unregulated hyperbaric oxygen therapy clinics assailed," which appeared at www.cmaj.ca. According to David Harrison, medical director of Vancouver General Hospital, he is not against in using hyperbaric oxygen for unapproved health conditions while the precautionary measures are present. Meanwhile, Doctor Tasreen Alibhai, mentions that there is a need for regulation, because sometimes the staff of these clinics has no medical training.
