ABSTRACT
The article reports that the U.S. Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) is investigating the probability that two pipelines are charging excessive rates. It says that Kinder Morgan Interstate Gas Transmission LLC and Ozark Gas Transmission LLC are being scrutinized based on revenue information that the two companies issued for 2008 and 2009. It mentions that both Kinder Morgan and Ozark made general statements after the investigations were declared.
