ABSTRACT
The article highlights several studies on multiple sclerosis (MS) in the U.S. The Food and Drug Administration has approved Gilenya capsules from Novartis International AG which reduces MS relapses. Oral Cladribine was found to reduce relapse rates in people with MS compared to placebo. Several grants on chronic cerebrospinal venous insufficiency are supported by the National MS Society (NMSS) and the MS Society of Canada.
