ABSTRACT
The article offers information on Medicaid expansion in the U.S. Kip Piper, president of the Health Results Group in Washington, D.C., commented on the U.S. health care reform and projection on Medicaid enrollment by 2018. Piper suggests the need of the states to make changes to Medicaid policies and systems and develop capacity to manage the Medicaid applications.
