ABSTRACT
The article profiles Roy Fleming, Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and stabilisation adviser at Great Britain's Stabilisation Unit. He graduated from Canterbury Christ Church University College (PGCE) and the University of Ulster. Days after being included in the Stablisation Unit, he was deployed to Afghanistan to create a plan for providing assistance. He also took up the role of a tutor on the senior leadership programme at the National Police College.
