ABSTRACT
The article focuses on issues surrounding the construction of settlement in Jerusalem during the Arab and Israel conflict. It notes that Palestinian residents of East Jerusalem as experiencing a serious housing shortage caused by Israel's failure to offer Palestinian neighborhoods with adequate planning. The move of Israel to demolish illegal Palestinian construction is discussed.
