ABSTRACT
The Self Actualizing Case Method (SACM) employs a participative management approach to provide trainees with the authority and responsibility for carrying out the case presentation, analysis, and peer evaluation. This teaching method gives trainees guidance in case analysis, while offering them a free rein to round out the development of all their problem-solving abilities, including Communication, Persuasion, Leadership, Synthesis, Analysis, and Creativity skills.
