The article features chief executive officer (CEO) of the broadcasting company in Europe RTL Group SA Gerhard Zeiler. It states that RTL still earned 755 million dollars in 2009 through Zeiler, although global financial crisis strike and television (TV) advertising in Europe collapsed. According to Twentieth-Century Fox Television Distribution president Mark Kaner, Zeiler is an accomplished corporate executive and his enthusiasm in TV programming makes him to deserve the Brandon Tartikoff Award.
