The article focuses on the joint venture between Comcast Corp., largest cable operator and broadband provider in the U.S. with content company NBC Universal Inc. (NBCU). It states that the control of Comcast with NBCU has been approved by the U.S. Federal Communications Commission, Justice Department and Congress. It says that the NBCU content can be access by the online video competitors of Comcast. Moreover, Comcast will be making its content available for the online video distributors (OVDs).
