ABSTRACT
The article offers news briefs related to credit unions in the U.S. Credit Union National Association (CUNA) Mutual Group's Credit Union Protection Claims division reports that there has been lawsuits filed against credit unions for failure to comply with automated teller machine (ATM) fees. The U.S. National Credit Union Administration (NCUA) closes its 2010 loss reserves at 1.3 billion U.S. dollars. Illinois' credit unions get a holiday on their 2010 4th quarter regulatory fee.
