The article reports on the formation of a new shop by Bruckmann, Rosser Sherrill (BRS) veteran Harold Rosser which will be based in Greenwich, Connecticut and will specialize on investments in the restaurant, consumer and retail sectors. Rosser indicated that he has yet to enlist a placement agent or start marketing a new fund and noted that Rosser Capital Partners will look to write equity checks in line with historical investments made while at BRS, but declined to offer a target.
