ABSTRACT
The article offers the author's insights on the success of fabric operators in 2010. She says that successful operators have been cautiously optimistic during the year, in which they committed to good quality and good service. She notes that the managers who have joined associations were able to succeed because of the memberships. The author suggests that operators should attend seminars, trade shows, and meetings in order to gain new information on the industry.
