The article offers information on electronic-mail (e-mails) and cell phone etiquette. In receiving and sending e-mails, it suggests that messages should be friendly and respectful, using the proper and positive language through proofreading and spell checking, and to keep the message confidential. In answering phone calls and text messages, it advises to keep the phone off when the lights are out and be courteous and considerate to others when standing in line.
