ABSTRACT
The article reports on the forecasts of the Business Monitor International (BMI) Ltd. on the growth and recovery of the Czech Republic from its fiscal deficit. BMI notes the decrease of the country's deficit to 4.5% of gross domestic product (GDP) in 2011. BMI also views the success of the fiscal austerity for debt dynamics throughout the year. Furthermore, a table which discusses the trends of economic growth of the country from 2009 to 2011 is presented.
