The article presents the year in review of the Metal Center News (MCN)on the metal industry in the U.S. It states that the business conditions in 2010 has improved eventhough the pace of the recovery was slow as observed by the metals producers and distributors. Dan DiMicco of Nucor Corp., James Wainscott of AK Steel, and Karla Lewis of Reliance Steel and Aluminum Co. have expressed their views on the review. A roundup of significant industry news events of the 2010 were highlighted.
