The article discusses the case of a 66-year-old man with a history of itching and burning solitary cutaneous nodule of the anal-perianal region who was diagnosed with granular cell tumor (CGT). Results of physical examination revealed a tender rubbery nodule with a smooth surface and mobile on the subcutaneous planes. His computed tomography (CT) indicated bilateal hyperplasia of the suprarenal glands.
