ABSTRACT
The article offers information on the economic changes at Quadalajara that affects the lives of the disabled veterans in Mexico. It states that the state has been inhabited by several Korean war veterans and young Vietnam veterans from the Veterans Affairs (VA) hospital system. However, the cost of living of the state has increased due to inflation, devaluation of peso and tremendous influx of people the cities.
