The article discusses the hotel company Four Seasons and its chief executive officer (CEO) Kathleen Taylor, the second CEO of the company since its founding by Isadore Sharp. Taylor is noted for her people skills and down-to-earth nature. Luxury hotels are noted as having been the hardest hit of all hotel segments during the economic crisis that started in 2008.
