The article reports on the effort of Julius Genachowski, the chairman of the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) to reunite the network neutrality stakeholders in the U.S. Genachowski wants a discussion of compromising a regulation in line with bipartisan legislative solution which is link to the use of the basic Internet non-discrimination rules. The rebuilding of the network-neutrality was discussed by the National Cable & Telecommunications Association with the other stakeholders of FCC.
