To establish the prevalence of Toxoplasma gondii infection in sheep from Arad County, 250 of serological samples were assayed using ELISA test. The samples were collected from five localities. From each flock were collected 50 samples from sheep, working with similar lots. All tested animals were femals. To establish the prevalence of Toxoplasma gondii infection in adult sheep from Timis County, 600 of serological samples were assayed using ELISA test. 591 were females and 9 were males.
