ABSTRACT
The article reports on the retaliation made by Comcast Corp. to critics of its National Broadcasting Company Universal (NBCU) merger plan. Comcast, NBCU and General Electric which is NBCU's parent and Comcast's potential joint-venture partner, has claimed that instead of raising various trivial issues, critics should have provided facts, logic, and rational arguments.
