ABSTRACT
The article reports that although U.S. President Barack H. Obama failed to get the 14 votes required to pass a bill to cut billions of dollars on health care spending, among others, as of December 2010, those involved in the medical services industry should be concerned as it means the administration is determined to cut medical spending costs even further.
