The article reports on the decision of small-market cable operator St. Joseph Cablevision owned by News-Press & Gazette Co. to test the deals market and explore possible system sale in Missouri. It states that the cable operator hires Denver, Colorado-based cable investment Banker RBC Daniels for system sale efforts considering a favorable credit markets with low interest rates allowing decent deal landscape. Moreover, the systems' preliminary information has been sent to 35 interested parties.
