ABSTRACT
The article reports on cuts made to European Union (EU) funding allocated to several projects in the TEN-T programme. The reduction in funds was a result of a mid-term review, which examined 92 projects with a total cost of 32.6 billion and comprise approximately two-thirds of the TEN-T budget for 2007-13. Results of the study indicated that 48 of the projects will be completed by the deadline of December 31, 2013 while another 29 are credible in terms of structure and financing and could be completed by 2015.
