The article discusses treatment, rehabilitation and different surgical equipment and procedures of fractures in adolescents. Tips on how to manage physeal fractures in adolescents is discussed including the reduction of physeal fracture, avoiding to reduce physeal later than seven to ten days after an injury and pinning and screwing for internal fixation. It also discusses the use of clavicle, radial and ulnar and femoral as a bracing tools for the rehabilitation of injured parts of the body.
