ABSTRACT
The article focuses on the challenges faced by entrepreneur Don Gao in China. Gao was involved in making hand tools and supplied angle grinders to U.S. tool giant Black & Decker. His problems started when the company cancelled its orders. It informs about how Gao overcame his problem to set up his own brand. His company Positec Corp. is planning to achieve 300 million dollars in sales and 80 percent of it will be attained from his own brands.
