ABSTRACT
Reports on the United States District Court's decision that the School Committee of the City of Chelsea in Massachusetts violated the First Amendment rights of students when it ordered the removal of the book 'Male and Female Under 18' from the school library. Reasons behind the banning of the book in Chelsea; Court's ruling that the school board overexercised its censorship rights.
