The article presents the judgment of European Union's (EU) Court of Grand Chamber on the case of European Commission against Technische Glaswerke Ilmenau GmbH (TGI). It notes that the court annulled the Commission's decision to the extent of its refusal to TGI on gaining access to the documents related to the case. It also states that the application made by the TGI comprises the whole administrative file related to the procedures for reviewing the State aid granted to it.
