ABSTRACT
The article discusses mergers and acquisitions between telecommunications and cable television companies in 2010. It says that Shenandoah Telecommunications Co. had purchased the former Suddenlink Communications systems. It also states that Motorola Mobility is purchasing 4Home, which boasts its ControlPoint, a software platform that supports a group of residential broadband services. It also reports that Broadcom Corp. acquired Gigle Networks for approximately 75 million dollars.
