The article focuses on the author's discussion on how to treat patients to make them loyal to a brand in the aesthetic industry in the U.S. She notes that most people in the aesthetic industry agreed that the best way to bring patients is through word-of-mouth referral. She mentions that understanding marketing by physicians is a means to promote oneself, create an image and persuade the public.
